Warm greetings and welcome to PurrBaby Pet Care, LLC! My name is Lauren and I dearly love animals. I have an extra special place in my heart for senior and disabled pets.
I've been pet and house sitting for 5+ years which has included caring for dogs (my first love), cats (I'm obsessed), rabbits, and yes, rats (so cute!). I understand the way animals communicate and I take my time with getting to know them. It is important to me that animals feel comfortable and safe under my care. Having cared for elderly dogs and cats, I have experience medicating animals and catching warning signs that they aren't feeling well. I am insured and a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters as well as Pet Sitters International.
Some other details about me: I'm a Portland NET, master gardener, vegan, cyclist, Program Director at a non-profit, and I live in a tiny house within an intentional community. I'd love to nerd out with you about any of these things!

Why do you have a limited service area? / Why don't you list my neighborhood?I wish I could visit all the sweet fur babies in Portland! I am one person and only travel by bicycle and limited range EV. I have to put some limits on how far I travel for a short pet check-in or dog walk. 🚲 However, if you don't live too far outside of my service area, I'm willing to do overnights. Please contact me here and we'll discuss!

Do you care for other animals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, chickens, ducks, turtles and lizards?Heck yeah! 😍 Pricing is the same for cats, rabbits & rats.
